Pop-up windows are used to show larger versions of our images. If you are not seeing the pop-ups, you could be experiencing one of two problems ...

  1. Ensure pop-ups are enabled on your system. Sometimes antivirus software (or even browsers) are preset to block pop-ups. To view this site successfully, you will need to enable pop-ups.

  2. If you are sure that pop-ups are enabled and you are still having trouble seeing the enlarged image, there is a chance that your browser is hung. Depending on your browser, this sometimes happens if you click on a thumbnail before the page has completely loaded. Unfortunately, the only solution is to exit your browser completely and go back in. Upon re-entering the site, ensure that you wait until the page has completely loaded before clicking on a thumbnail.

This web site defaults to showing 16 thumbnails per page. If you find this too much information for your computer and/or internet connection, once the first page has loaded, you may choose a smaller number of thumbnails for all future pages.

This is the best explanation we have been able to obtain on what we know to be an intermittent problem. If you are a web guru and you can provide a more accurate explanation, or even better, a solution to this issue, please contact us. We would love to hear from you.
